We are conveniently situated for access to many attractions in our area,  These include: Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Lulworth Castle, Tynham, Corfe Castle and Abbotsbury Sub-Tropical Gardens.  For coastal scenery and amenities there are the Jurassic Coast, Chesil Beach, Portland Bill, Weymouth and its lovely esplanade, Swanage and its popular sea front, West Bay and Lyme Regis.  For shopping there is the choice of Dorchester, Weymouth, Yeovil, Sherborne, Bridport, Poole and Bournemouth.  In addition, there are fast ferries to the Channel Islands operating from Weymouth and we have a railway station in the village on the main line to Weymouth, Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Southampton, Basingstoke and London Waterloo.  The village benefits from the nearby popular Frampton Arms pub, which has a reputation for good food.
